1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and kp98 ("kp98", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the website located at https://kp98.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

1.2 By accessing, browsing or using the kp98 Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

1.4 kp98 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides casino game overviews, sports betting market information and responsible gambling guidance. We do not process gambling transactions on this website. 2. Definitions

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kp98 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. 4.3 Account Verification. kp98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for the purpose of complying with applicable legal obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Significant changes including change of name, address or payment method should be communicated to our support team promptly.

5. Acceptable Platform Use

5.3 kp98 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or terminate access to the Platform for any User who breaches these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Illustrative Figures

6.1 Bonus amounts, cashback rates, free spins allocations, welcome offers and other promotional figures presented on the Platform (including but not limited to "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000", "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000" and "Crypto Offer up to PKR 20,000") are illustrative examples only. They do not represent live, guaranteed or currently active promotions unless expressly confirmed as such by the operator at the time of participation.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to rollover or wagering requirements specified by the individual operator. 12.2 kp98 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. kp98 expressly disclaims liability for any technical faults, service interruptions or data loss.

12.3 kp98 is not a gambling operator and accepts no liability for: (a) any financial loss incurred by a User as a result of gambling with any operator; (b) any dispute between a User and an operator regarding bonuses, payments or account management; (c) any inaccuracy in bonus figures, payment terms or operator descriptions displayed on this Platform; or (d) any legal consequences arising from a User's decision to engage in online gambling activities.

12.4 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp98's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the sum of PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees).

12.5 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 kp98 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 kp98 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and the Platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

15.1 kp98 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive or illegal conduct; (c) failure to pass or maintain KYC verification; or (d) any other reason kp98 considers justifiable to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Users.

15.2 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Responsible gambling self-exclusion requests will be given immediate priority.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant operator holds its gaming licence. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
